Let's face it, sales is serious business. However, it's vitally important that your salespeople are motivated, focused and having fun! A sales team that is energetic, enthusiastic and smiling are far more likely to smash targets than a quiet, depressed one!

How do you make sure your team is having fun?

Sales people ARE competitive, easy-going and fun by nature, so allow them to bring out those qualities by encouraging your team to use the chat feed in a fun way. A bit of harmless trash-talking can really boost the morale and energy levels during your sales competition.
